WE DID IT IN OUR OFFICE AND WERE BRINGING BACK OVER 100 BAGS A DAY. ITS NOT EASY, EVEN MORE SO WHEN SOME IDIOTS ARE STILL HELL BENT ON MAKING LOADS OF TIME AND CARVING UP THE JOBS. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK BROTHER!!

The problem is as long as so many people cut corners, those of us who do the job properly will always get crapped on from above. Well I do in my office. I used to cut corners use my car, skip breaks, hop over walls and gardens etc... Now I do it by the book and I saw a noticible change on the managers approach to me. In fact it is nearly hostile. Its about time it became a conduct code not to do the job right. there conduct code for other lesser things. If people keep cutting corners Rm will continue to cut back and it will only hurt us in the long run.

Working to rule is fine but there's still a little uncertainty regarding working bundles too. We were told once that there was to be NOTHING in the front of the van.

all mail must be in the back of the van ..... also been told vehicle services recon that mail infront is the reason for pda cradle breakages so this might becme a disiplinary issue soon nearly all ours have 'fallen off'

persavier with it tiredwalker, my line managers was 'different' towards me to start with, i've since explained my reasons, they are now ok with it (on face value atleast)

my DOM on the other hand. yes i've noticed an hostile approach. i've explained my reasons to him aswell... falls on deaf ears!
