Happened to me once, since there are no keys in our DO for any of the 'bike locks' it was easy pickings, with just a hammer. They didn't just take the specials, which were on the top, they emptied the entire contents of that half of the unit. I'm guessing that the Christmas cards were their intended haul.
I pushed the HCT with me for the entire walk on the next day, and it took more than an hour and a half longer to complete!
What's the speed we should be walking at if pushing a HCT? I don't recall seeing it mentioned yet!

here its usually for bike locks but nothing stopping them using it on a trolley
