Our office is clear and running fairly well. Plenty of OT claimed by most everyday ( a few ask for occasional on time finishes and punished accordingly....i mean it). Managers just sign the OT and dont seem to mind.

We havnt had the pegasus review implemented yet, due in Feb i believe.

There has been no evening deliveries or sunday's.

Its not been perfect but the customer's are getting their presents and posties earning a little more if wanted.

Use and abuse your budget that's what i thought you did at christmas not in ours. the place is a mess the DIM is only intrested in keeping the spend down could not give a stuff if peoples parcels and letters dont get delivered,Q&S is so poor it makes me feel bad that i work for the company, given the managers numbers out to the callers so the customer service number is bypassed so it knocks the figures down, gets the cage to lie when they do the report on how the office is doing. packets and mess all over the office the twat should be hung on the back wall or made to write lines on detention.
I must not be such a twat 5000 times, then sign his name on the bottom.

It's either a lie or it's one of those offices that really needs a duty revision :hmmmm BTW the earliest I've finished is 2.30 and the latest 3.30 (all due to long and shorts).
