I left around seventy packets for probably thirty delivery points for the van drivers in order to get my walk down to 210 mins.
Still took me 225 mins to deliver though!

saturday cut off was rolled over to today, so another postie on o/t delivered over 1/3 of my round today as i had insufficient duty time to do so
i still brought back a tray of mail & pkts as i didn't wish to go too far over my time today
also booked 30mins o/t
but this is what happens when you do the job properly!

Started on time, finished on time and didn't cut off either. Very strange day, heavy, long and tons of packets, but still out on time and finished dead on time as well. Still it's only Monday, long way to go.

Really light at my office today
was back at the office by 1, I doubt we will have another day like that before xmas
So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet
Keep on shuf-shuf-shuffling to this ghost dance beat
Just keep on walking down never ending streets
Illegitimi non carborundum

Today was more like the midsummer lull than christmas pressure. Four pouches, finished a half hour early. Took a break and did diversions till 17:00.
Definately less mail (letters and cards) than last year. It feels like the pressure hasen't started yet. Previous years we would already be up to our necks in it by now.

Just spilt stain-remover down my shirt. Now how do I get that out?
