I've also worked in the outside world and I can say that RM management are the worst I've ever come across, if they could bring in some decent managers who knew how to get the best out of a very good workforce (for the most part) then they would have their efficiences but right now they force things through even though they won't work and then they blame us . RM have a very valuable resource which they are wasting with their petty policies.
