Stage 2

Post by abbo75 »

I have worked for RM about 6 years, two years ago I had a hernia op, (bloody hurt!), line manager used common sense and didn't issue a stage 1.

My son also works for RM, was on a stage 1 for flu, two days short of a year later he is rushed into hospital for an appendix op, he returns to work and gets a stage two warning.

Why do we stay here?

Re your son - at one time , a blind eye would have been turned - not any more - wouldn't look good outside the PO - have RM acted reasonably ? - they may have followed procedure to the letter even - does appear too punitive but that's hardly a shock - could be "interesting " ? , more fool RM - however RM will close ranks to back that manager up to the hilt
MURDERERS. Need to dispose of a body? Simply parcel it up and post it to yourself via DHL. You will never see it again.
