Rushing around I have had an accident driving my postie van, totally my fault but I am confused now about the procedure as this is my first. How many can I have before they take me off driving, people are saying different things (2 in one year eg) Someone said if you have one in your first year of driving you will be taken off, anyone know?

Have you spoken with your Union Rep?

Unless you are going to lose any allowances, I would personally stick to delivery, less responsibilty, hassle, no pressure and also if you have an accident on driving you have to inform your Insurance company as it forms part of your driving history, in my office I was told to it was 3 in a year but it depends on how serious it is, In as far as I am aware it is not clearly written down, I think it down to the area that decides policy, I could be wrong, but I haven't seen any documents setting it out.
