How come you all get a traffic board they don't tell us about traffic since they did that pegs/ar*se 2 and they insist that all the walks are fine the only reason they say we book o/t is because we are lazy.

I wouldn't worry that you don't have a traffic board, ours consistantly says that our mail volumes are up but according to RM they are down

i was blatantly insulted by my dom a week ago when i told him i wouldnt be able to complete my walk on time on a saturday... i've now been suspended for a week so far for swearing at him

Our DOM has been nothing but brilliant to all of us in our office all year. Obviously there are one or two of the older guys who automatically think he's a c**t purely because he's a Manager but that really is not the case. He's kept us bang up to date on what's been happening, how it'll effect us both directly and indirectly and if we want anything all we do is ring him and it gets sorted.

Needless to say we are all prepared to do extra this christmas...which has also led to a great atmosphere in the Office as a by product of everyone being happy.

Good times.

You might wish to know 30 hours a week on a RM wage pays more than 40 hours a week on the minium wage.

If the nightmare scenario for the future of deliveries comes true then I will be applying for all the delivery driver jobs at tescos!!!!!
