In our office it is done alphabetically with your surname.
Wouldn't that be discrimination against people with surnames beginning in the latter part of the alphabet?
We'd all have to change our names to Adam Aardvark.
OK maybe not Adam. :cfo

- perhaps Aaron. :Very Happy

Taken from The Way Forward Agreement

14.6 When the number of consequential vacancies in the resourcing unit reaches 5%, or after a period of six months following the last such exercise (if earlier), the posts will be advertised in the resourcing unit, en bloc and filled on the basis of seniority. If this results in any further vacancies, these will be filled, using the same process as above.

this says to me that if your office reaches a status of 5% vacant duties or hasn't had a resign in 6 months (and there are vacant duties) you have a resign.

Yes/ No ? you decide
Confused... You won't be, after the next episode of. SOAP

The thing is that we've been to disagreement about these duties but they just get pushed back and we're told that the duties are being done so they do not need to be signed for :mad but I suppose that now we have a union branch back we can fight them properly.
