WAYSIDE DUTIES

Post by silverback »

Can anyone explain what the wayside duties work pattern is at their DO`s. At my DO they are all on 20 hr contracts over 5 days. That equates to 4 hrs a day. If they start at the DO, 15mins conveyance to 1st del point, do a 3hr 30min delivery 1st to last letter, then 15 mins pouching off time, when do they get their 20 min meal relief?

thats why ours are 4 and half hours a day 22 and half a week ,and make sure you raise the issue for there prep of door 2 door items, so you save indoor hours as they are not supposed to prep them or any other item
they should only pick first bag up

Not in my area, 3hr 30 delivery 1st to last letter. Geo route is optimised at 3hr 15min to take into account bag replenishment and toilet stops.
