I received my ATOS report from my DOM, they put a recommendation for the DOM to check out the HSE website for Stress related illnesses. Some of it makes interesting reading http://www.hse.gov.uk/stress/standards/index.htm

I've read that site before and I've pointed it out to the management in my office but nothing changed, bit it's interesting to read the stories to see how other organisations deal with it as opposed to how RM blunder their way around it.
