Registered Locker

How many staff are in your registered locker ? If it is only 1,how do you manage the charges,dispatches,PO Boxes,plus the scanning in of the items and confirmation of the cards before 2pm? If you have used Geo-route in your office and the Indoor Workload Tool(IWT) has been used,has your Registered Locker staff suffered because of it?

we have 2 in the locker covering 4 postcodes areas
we are a big office getting around 600-800 SD's a day. mornings are a beast
hows your CLEO for redeliveries just now? we are in excess of 100 a day and growing fast
do you cover the door as well?

About 350 a day, plus 30 tracked, 1 opg 5 til 645, 2 opgs 645 til 8. 1opg 8 til 10, 1 opg 10 til 12, 2 opgs 12 til 1.20, 1 opg 1.20 to 2000.

Between us we cover the specials and tracked, customs and surcharges, deads, assist callers, afternoon collections, scanners and PDAs and it isn't easy. I do 5 til 10.

We have 1 who deals with all the reg,dead letters and covers the guy on the door when its his break and where possible also helps on the door,she also helps prep the missorts and ties them up.
