Our cleaner says she has been offered £7000 to quit at the end of the month,she says the same amount is offered regardless of years worked

If you were at my office you just might and apparently some posties have taken them up on their offer of voluntary redundancy.

Actually, having thought about it, I'd rather they just finished me. I'd be much better off, get my mortgage paid etc, and I'd have the time to look for a proper job.

If your cleaner is going I pity the poor postie who is going to have the cleaning added to their duty or are you all going to do a bit..........
