thats what i thought they must have run out of yes men .
there wasnt much smiling on faces of 2 or 3 of them.
v strange if thats their best i think were doomed
I always look forweard to the speech bubble kids on the center spread. Are these people for real? if they read this forum can they confirm they have brown toungues and actually said all that shite?
I have yet to meet a postie that says all that BS of how lovely the workplace is, team players rule, flexibiliry has helped my family life no end, my DOM is a lovely guy/gal (scuse me while I vomit). Can we also see a photo of the floor of the relevant DOMs offic to see if the carpet had knee marks on it?
"I once asked a girl if she was an undertaker cos i had a stiff that needed seeing too"
" I once went into a watch menders, slapped me knob on the desk and said can you put a couple of hands on that?"

Tough times ahead, on page two!
Is it me or are there less cheesy faced bum lickers in this one?
Please see centre page, thats more like what an average postal workers expression is
I've never seen such stilted wooden looking people in photographs in my life - that style goes back decades to the time when the photographer had to put his head under a black cloth , the camera was on a wooden tripod and somebody lit magnesium powder in a metal holder held up in the air .
I've never seen such patronizing glib rubbish dreamed up by Sebastians and Julians with pony-tails and red rimmed glasses - they must think everyone is mentally retarded - best one was actually a clerk " on his delivery round " photographed in a Asda Car Park .
There was another Propaganda picture to impress the Kremlin Politburo at 148 Old St - by "coincidence" many of the people in the picture were not CWU members - some quite fond of crossing picket lines during strikes orchestrated by :lfo & :cfo

MURDERERS. Need to dispose of a body? Simply parcel it up and post it to yourself via DHL. You will never see it again.
typical courier - same old doom and gloom..everythings all goin down hill, mail volumes lower (even tthough all this week EVERY day has beeen busy) courier is full of people sayin what great doms there have how come they dont put people in there sayin how crap there doms are, inflexible, rule breakers tight arses
Hmmm...£177 million profit and Crozier says we lack the ability to access cash to invest in the business.
Here's a hint Adam...£177 million of them to be exact. Instead of taking a huge bonus and divvying the £177 million up between your board, why not re-invest it into the business? It's cash, it's accessible and it's there.
I notice John Duncan lying bastard is on full form about the decline in mail volumes, he his promoting this in every issue.
And mail centres have been told to record mail volumes more accurately, so are mail volumes in decline? how would they know if its not monitored? smells like more bullshit to me

thanks to my missus she chucked it out for the bin before I'd even got in to read it lmao. it now on its way to be recycled without being read lmao
There was a small piece in the scourier - apparently IIRC its due to go on-line next month and will have more regional articles than the paper copy.

The currier (all hot air) postpersons are indeed hand picked and the dialogue that is purported to eminate from them via bubbles is all force fed by the 'news administrators' or article writers, advertising agents or whatever they are the true fact is if you are at all outspoken then your managers will not entertain you and you must not say anything thats not biased toward royal fail dogma (bullshi*)
you will not be able to have anyone say anything aginst the regime and if you did it would never be printed

My thoughts exactly!!
and mine
Run, rabbit run. Dig that hole, forget the sun.
And when at last the work is done. Don't sit down, it's time to dig another one
You want to see the way they record mail volumes in the mail centre if they had not taken the jobs out then we would have people doing the job it would have been near on the button,in our DO i saw the recording of mail i could not believe it ALT =1 bag work that out,8 ALTS of packets =6 grey bags.
Manager was counting mail in a 48 box frame he stood back then said that looks like 25 items when we counted the items of mail 41 items came from that box,he could not understand that counts are = to hours which =jobs. This is why deliverys are failing the mail is just not there anymore everyone is using EMAIL,tell that to my delivery bags,to the walk frames that are groaning under the weight of mail.
