fidlley squat. this is a problem because we agreed to the changes and were implemented but hasnt accounted for management incompetency in buggering up the budget.so royal mail have benifeted with change at no cost.
not being an accountant but i would like to see actual figures and then the budgeted figures because i havent a clue what they are basing their figures on.

Despite me personally following the Unions guidelines fully and not working any overtime paid or unpaid my office got £260. Thank you to all those that contributed to it, I certainly didn't.
Oh and I did not cover lapsed rounds or work in a different office - I only ever did my walk.

Our office is so far over budget, (I heard there were 5 zero's!) and we've still got four and a half months to go. These casuals must be costing them a fortune, roll on Christmas.
