L146 "Consulting Workers on Health and Safety" replaces L87 (also known as the Brown Book). It provides the new legal guidance and contains the 1977 SRSC Regulations, the 1996 Health and Safety (Consultation with Employees) Regulations along with the Approved Codes of Practice and New extended Guidance.

Further info can be viewed on the CWU website (LTB 831/08).
"Today’s workplace has become heartless and soulless. Employees are seen as units of labour, automatons, functionaries, objects for achieving designated tasks, and as costs to be minimised."
