Its my understanding that the 3.5 hour delivery span holds from the so called "way backwards - forwards" agreement stands and any other local agreement is superseded by national agreement between RM and the CWU! If i am wrong then very sorry! Can a REP clarify please?

Any rep agreeing to a longer delivery span is bonkers in my personal opinion.
There is the issue of absorbing work when somebody goee sick, but thats when time permits and time permits is HQ level aggrement so if DOMS dont like it tough bleedding luck!!!!!!

In my patch the sub area delivery rep covers the offices without reps and we have a area aggrement on phases 1, 2 and 3 so we dont have to worry too much about EA.
If EA taking place then somehow CWU Hq/CWU area level needs to be made aware (Email, phonecall, written letter not difficult for a rank and file member to do is it?) IA ballot should take place in my view but thats down to HQ to authorise.
