Wouldn't it make sense to put overtime on the prep and sorting at the start of the day leading up to christmas so that we are not delivering in the dark and risking injury or worse - not only delivering but cycling home or back to the office in the dark is increasing the hazards that we face when there is no reason to.
We wish to serve - but we will not be servile

Christmas use to be a nice little earner in our office but each year we`ve got less and less and the last two years have got fook all,so this year I intend on sorting longer and doing less on delivery,a nice short delivery sounds good, especially as my lino likes to say our section is the worst performing one in our town for booking overtime.
