This is it - who is firing whose bullets ? - there's another article talking about the good relationship with RM's Press Office - who is this article aimed at ? and to whom is supposed to appeal to ?

As for Postswitch it's just tired right wing petty prejudices - The DSA firms do nice clean mail with modern machinery and don't have to deliver it - technically they are more efficient as it would be race to the bottom .

RM does have problems , parts of it have always been efficient - others very badly run but RM know best with their style of command :lfo :cfo :mfo
