No - it is in proportion to the amount of bullshit that is generated - i.e. the number of managers per delivery office is assessed by the same formula - once the bullshit reaches a level where no more can be handled by the staff, the number of managers is reduced to allow them to work more efficiently.

The bull ring in birmingham is huge!. We could start a poll on this how many manager's does it take too staff a bull ring?. In my opinion one manager is too much for any job/ function / section / golfcourse!. :Very Happy
