Obviously an ankle man - back to thread - not a bad say at all finished for 1300 but not expecting a steady day tomorrow.

Our casualtity rate is now getting to Somme levels (another 2 off sick) and yet the DOM walks around laughing and joking as if everything is going fine.

I believe our sick rate is about 10% with many more on the verge  (but as long as the manager gets his £41k he doesn't seem to care).

Can anyone see a connection between the cuts (and the bullying in implementing them) and high levels of sick (even people on stages are talking about going on the sick as they've had enough).

We really need something sorted out otherwise morale will fall so far that it'll be impossible to recover it.

Not a good finish to the day at all! Covered somebody’s day off got to my last bundle was a nice steady day then I was walking out of somebody’s garden closed the gate but it didn’t catch so opened I didn’t know it didn’t shut properly, as I was walking off I heard YOU! YOU! Looked around and was greeted by a very smug stuck-up woman! She was going on about I had broke her letter box earlier in the year and now not closing her gates causing them to break? WTF!! It isn’t even my duty FFS, being at the end of the day cold and tired I just said OK? And walked off, she was shouting she is going to complain about my attitude and cheekiness well excuse me I only said OK! Was a right crap way to finish a walk stupid stuck up old women! Cant believe some people looking to kick up a fuss about silly little worthless problems pff.. LOL anyway day off tomorrow and back on my duty Saturday, let’s see if I get a complaint sheet on my desk when I come in

I now thell them that they're not my customers because the customer has to pay and all they do is receive.

You can see why my complaints are near the top of the list. :nana
