THE enclosed (see above) fell out of a bundle of mail which was delivered one afternoon. Can anyone tell me what it means and what language is being spoken?
Does it mean the late appalling service we now experience or why we are having to endure another Beeching attack?
Can it explain why a delivery was made on a Sunday morning by two postmen driving a van or why mail is placed for delivery in boxes at 10.30 by staff who first go out and about delivering packets?

I see the Harrogate service has been restored after their shambolic post review performance. Nearly two months after the first flood of complaints ,Two buddys out on delivery on a Sunday
And some folks are contemplating phasing out Saturdays

Surely haning that printed with his name and address in the local paper puts Trevor Dale of Bachelor Gardens, Bilton, Harrogate at risk of being sent all sort of mystery items from practical jakers everywhere.
