It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The idea is that reps understand pegasus for without a through understanding how can we spot when RM do something dodgy.

At the end of the day it all comes down to the settings you use

Walking speed
call rate
attendance calls rate


RM are using different settings all around the country which is the biggest problem as some patches get shat upon and others like my own manage to extract local aggrement (Pre Conference) from RM on setting the above at a reasonable rate.

Get the above set a reasonable rate and the same all over the country and we will be close to a national aggrement!

Make it clear these are unagreed term but what the CWU used in their training to the reps, nationally the are sitting on their hands and leaving it to the local branches to deal with

Good points ,BUT there is no national agreement,so where is the national "get stuffed". Please don't fob me off with ,"this branch did this,. and this branch did that" cos that is not going to help me and my workmates at the end of the day
