They've cottoned on that I like doing the lightbulbs cos I wont doorstep them, spend about 40 mins a day writing out 739's,which then means I dont have to complete the delivery as have run over the 3.5 delivery span. They've cut my ips so I have to complete now

Sorry linkinpark I did'nt explain better, but my delivery is spot on 3.5 most days because I do the job properly. When I said they cut my ips,I should have said they reduce it to what it says in my 318,which leaves just enough time to complete the 3.5 hour delivery. What happens in my office is your meant to be given 1 hr 15mn ips and 2 hrs prep time, but they take the piss and up the ips to at least 2 hrs which does'nt leave you 3.5 for the delivery. So about 5% of us cut off and when asked why we could'nt complete we replyed "excessive ips".So now they let us few stick to the agreed ips time. The 95% of the rest of the numpties in my office are up in arms about this as they come in early, dont take their break, finish after their time and there reward from the screws is more ips,the mugslinkinpark wrote:Well done for the light bulbs and 739s but cutting your IPS has NO affect on the 3.5 outside delivery span! Thats what it is! Just dont go out till 4 hours before the end of your shift (Allowing half hour for travel.) If they ask you to do extra indoor work do it but make sure you take your full meal relief. Sure thats right and a REP on here can confirm please? My office try to get people out early and most wont have it now because your killing yourself and your job for NOTHING.dubdaz wrote:They've cottoned on that I like doing the lightbulbs cos I wont doorstep them, spend about 40 mins a day writing out 739's,which then means I dont have to complete the delivery as have run over the 3.5 delivery span. They've cut my ips so I have to complete now![]()

It was really heavy today so I had to leave part of the duty to be covered by someone else.
