Today very heavy on letters, cut off again leaving 1 bag. Started delivery at 1035 cut off at 1320. Back to the office for 1330 then finished for the day.
My claim to fame in my office is that I am top of the league for cutting off. . Will not and never will work over my contracted hours.
HAHA i love your thinking!!! i so would be the same if i could afford to - only on a 20hr contract bustards

5 Man sections - sounds like a sneaky way to introduce either starburst or covering when absent. Did they explain the reasons behind the change and what the implications where. Also did the Union back it
Already voted against it. DOM said that some people had said to him that the office ran better when we worked in sections and he, and our rep wanted to see if we wanted to return to them.
Hmmm. In the ? years I've been there we have never had sections and DOM only took over recently. Yes, we would cover absences, but it would also make arranging leave more flexible. I cant quite see how myself.
P.S. TBT, What does your sig say ? Something something science is power ?
Just spilt stain-remover down my shirt. Now how do I get that out?

Quiter today, diversions from HWDC have stopped, as machines are apparently working again.
Last few days have been busy as super computerised sorting machines at HWDC had broken down (again).
HWDC was originally supposed to have cost £300m and employ 400 staff.
To date it has cost around £1bn (reportedly) and employs 1200+ staff.
But RM can't admit they got it wrong (as usual).
