re: Only 1/2hr for WTLL

Post by F0zziebear »

If a DOM knew their stuff then they'd know that there's 1/2hr for WTLL which was written into the finances when they were brought in. So all rounds should technically be covered and a DOM would be within their rights to cut-off a discussion/WTLL after 1/2hr

You've just learned your assistant DOM is a brainless goon.

In our work time learning today we got told starting from Monday, they are getting rid of 6 jobs for 4 weeks to keep on target for budget. So after we finish our normal duty we have to go and do another one up 2 40-50 calls, so thats up 2 30 minutes extra work for nothing   Of course this went down well in work time learning :no no :no no. Lots of people said they wont use their cars and come in at working time, Yeah right   Most people in our office probably forgot how to ride a bike. :d'oh! Of course i will still be coming in on time and not doing any extra

Shouldn't you now be seeing your area guys and balloting for IA.
It's outside the IR framework!

And yes,get on the bloody vans!!!!

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

ops manager took wtll today. another quick one, went through what RM are spending the 1.2 billion on. the last part was investing in people.
don't know if my sums are correct but does a 2.5% rise equate to £100m. thats what they reckon. i think its more like £50M per year. they can afford to give us an inflation based pay rise but seem intent on pushing this s**t collegue share plan. It's now time for crozier and leighton to cut the bullshit and give us what we deserve :lfo :cfo
