Bigger deliveries are fine but need a 1 hr meal break in the middle to counter act fatigue

I find rurals to be worse than towns because getting in and out of the van all day knackers my knees etc.

The only day that our walks are 3.5 hours are Tuesdays if we are lucky, only 7 walks in my office and most will take over 4 hours regularly :evil/mad
