How do you get through?

Just wondering how other Postal Workers get through their day & deal with all the changes Royal Fail are forcing on us :cfo .
I personally find a bottle of Southern Comfort & the odd Jamacian Woodbine or 2 helps me, but being a postman this hurts my pocket so has anyone got any suggestions how else I can cope?

Actually no I have not thought of doing that yet,although it is a very good idea

I will mention it in my
next work time bullshit session & see what my knob of a line manager says
