Shouln't have to come too work to be bullied or harssed but it does happen in royalmail but it also happen's in other workplace's too!. life's too short to think what may happen!.

A better rule of thumb for Royal Mail management to take on board is "Treat people how you would expect to be treated". I guess they think adding pressure and using it to get people to work beyond their contracts, or to undermine and ignore agreements is acceptable. Perhaps we could turn the tables using their own methods. A better approach if they are coming at us for silly things like leaving 1 min early or something and it does happen, better to just agree with them then they will get fed up as they cant get to you!!!!
