Man fined for taking photo of woman being sick

There wasn't a problem with the press photographing Paula Ratcliffe doing something similar in the street.

Perhaps it's because this time the photographer was from Poland and the Edinburgh police haven't been told that the cold war has ended.

Did anyone suggest to the young woman that it might be an idea to drink in moderation and not put yourself in a position where you may become embarrassed by any resulting action.

As other posters suggest about celebrities going commando and having their pictures taken getting in/out of taxis by a dwarf, I had to smile at that really, but why go out without knickers on? I never do

She had been in a bar and felt unwell but that does not mean she did not "drink in moderation".
A nasty case of food poisoning might have suddenly caught up with her.

they had a article in one of her magazines , the author said she felt like their gynaecologist as she'd seen that many photographs ,saying some of their mothers want to send a parcel of a Marks & Sparks set to them in the post - Sharleen Spittori of Texas was mentioned saying at 40 and being a mother , she wants to act her age a bit .

A lot of it is attention and effect , no "news " is bad news etc - there was also a bit on how to get out of a car gracefully without people realizing that the celebrities collar didn't match her cuffs or worse ! by swiveling out from the seat and keeping their knees together .

As for wearing knickers

Dvbuk - I hope you don't get knocked down by a bus or you'd be the subject of some wisecracks in the Nurses staff room or in the pub near the hospital

Maybe the nurses would recognise a pair - who knows the occupation of the washing line owners - after all you can hardly try them on in Dorothy's can you - no I really mean can you?

We are nicely in the new "Dark Age" where sense and decency have all but gone out. All justice is delt with in a despotic maner with different standards within the same court. Women have overreached themselves in trying to be like men and get embarrassed when they make a spectacle of themselves. The cases are endless but if a woman says anything against a man... he is automatically guilty.
