i see they are not listening
a yes vote and they come out with not everyone vote what about the 20000 not in the union....
i thought they said we will listen to the staff.YEAH ONLY IF WE AGREE WITH THEM
a pay rise should be that............and not self financed as they want

if we are to go out we need to cause as much disruption as possible
i think a postcode strike woul be good all london post codes on a monday all B S SA M on a tues

Nice idea although in London it would cause more hassle if they went out on different days. Ie SE Monday NW Tues - etc.
Same with all other areas - lets keep them guessing.

I think the best way is as follows:
Monday - Deliveries Out - Distribution and Processing In.
Tuesday - Distribution Out - Deliveries and Processing In.
Wednesday - Processing Out - Deliveries and Distribution In.
That would cause massive disruption over three days and more with the loss of only a days pay per function.

Dont underestimate posties supporting the call for industrial action they put up a terrific fight in the 70s we were out for 6 weeks.
True we did not win this one but the courage shown by posties who were under severe financial difficulties will always remain with me.
Yes I know times have changed I believe it wont be an all out strike, but the difficulty we have is Royal Mail will try to provoke an all out strike in order to beak the Union.
