i guess it depends if the final agreed outcome is completely not guilty or if it's still guilty but not sacked?

If I was guilty I would never have got my job back & the CWU would not have spent thousands on campaigns & legal costs, the evidence against this manager was overwhelming they always back there managers , it's disgusting.

You are right brothermagrew i was wrong

it s great that kay, rightfully so has got her job back but wrong that the manager who made these allegations up looks like to have got away with it.That person should now be sacked imho and a clear message sent out that this sort of behaviour will not be tolerated.

there has been a bullying tone on another forum - all this we must go forward and people must stop ranting about it or they'll get the same treatment again - obviously put a bit nicer than that but that's how it translates - it's petty vendettas that caused the trouble in the first place .

If RM want to be sniffy and sulky about it - the CWU will give RM something to cry about by going to town on it in "The Voice "
