What do customers do that makes you happy?

Comment on awful the weather is for us in an empathetic tone when it's peeing down and you're delivering a packet to them, rather than totally ignoring the fact that you're dripping wet as if it isn't really happening.

I get enjoyment from customers who are actually in when i got a packet, recorded or special rather than having to take it back to office, specially when its raining heavily.

you will not believe this but a certain customer makes me happy when i get an invite in and then i book extended for been extended...pmsl xmas tips are unbelievable
