Bank holidays and days off

Hi
I am new to royal mail. In our DO we have a rolling day off system and was wondering what happens if your day off falls on a bank holiday, do you just get the monday off or would you get another day off that week aswell? Thanks if anyone can help

You get a day in advance but managers tend to forget them pretty quick.

At our office and it should be the same everywhere you can have either a day carried on to next years leave or a days pay on the following weeks wages.
