Just got the call from my lawyer yes I know on a saturday, RM have just made me a better offer which I have accepted in principle,my own duty & the office that I wanted,the union are over the moon,Barrister still has to go to ET on monday to ask for a stay, until everything is finalised,talk about going to the wire.Always new had a strong case,so glad RM has finally since sense,even though been to hell & back this is a victory.

Now I get all my back pay for the last year which will be a massive help been a bit of a struggle built up a few small debts from friends & family, but I will sorted once the money comes through,takes about 4 weeks from start date back,first thing gonna do book a nice relaxing holiday, think I deserve one, MANY THANKS to all fellow posties on RM chat for all there advice & support.

Says a lot about the management mindset within RM. Obviously not a hope of succeeding at ET yet still willing to pay through the nose to keep up the intimidation and fear factors until the very last second.
Vindictive and malicious in appearance ,hardly chimes with the stated desire of a new spirit of cooperation and reconciliation. Who thinks this kind of action boosts morale ?

I know exactly where your coming from Belial, I was never gonna back down from this one,unless got a good deal been through to much crap for that.

Well done Kay ,I applaud your resolve . Also hope the settlement includes some compensation for emotional trauma and distress.There really should be a financial penalty to discourage institutional victimization and the fines should be targeted at the decision makers,it's a personal responsibility thing.Make someones life hell for a year cos you disagree with them,Fine should = £3,000.000
