Managers suspended at Edinburgh Mail Centre for hiding mail

No nighty old buddy it's deliverys that are struggling and not processing which ever way you interpret your logic seperate the two and just see who does the work we handle it all (deliverys) and cannot be selective . The fact is yes quite a lot is dsa mail but royal fail still get paid for it maybe not top whack but paid never the less and as the mail has grown year on year ever since iv'e been a postie room for growth is still out there . The problem is we have an inept management team who's only goal is to earn a nice little bonus payment for them selves and nothing must get in it's way never mind if it's detrimental to the service we provide. As for d2d royal fail takes the lions share of that inexcess of 18 million profit yearly and perhaps more as the price tariff has increased it's no wonder they are on your back to get them delivered .it's the deliverys that are shafted !!!!

Ive heard that Mail Volumes are 6% down

half the HYS stuff has no value outside the world of statistics - most of those places thrive on their own corruption - the surreal world of RM MC's

f***ing shambolic ,downright dishonest and the customer always loses. Yet the schiesters bonuses grow and grow.I'd call it morally corrupt but it seems to be the rule of the day now

But 6% of a full sized delivery is hardly noticable to the delivery postman and this is the problem, once that 6% is broken down to individual delivery level the amount of reduced mail is peanuts. Crozier needs to understand this so simple concept.

At our WTLLs we have been told for a couple of weeks, that Mail volumes are UP on last year. Although it is still slightly down, over the whole year. So haven't any of you been told this?
Or are they still saying that volumes are down?

I know that a few weeks of increased volumes aren't going to make a huge difference. But it IS a start, isn't it?
After all: this is the busiest period for Mailsort (known as Autumn Pressure). So if we're up on last year. It is going to make a big difference, isn't it. Or am I being too optimistic?
