:Applause :Applause :Applause standing up to RM - the offers seemed insulting and patronizing - all about impressing senior management as per usual

If they've made offers already you're on a winner but good luck anyway.

Good luck Kay and consider all options and what suits you and your family the best for at the end of the day only you can decide whether to accept their offer or not. :wave :wave :wave

I must admit lad's I feel strongly that I have to clear my name, I am sick & tired of RM calling all the shots, & backing the managers no matter what,it's a big gamble, I am passed the worrying stage now it's gone on far to long, the gross misconduct on my record affects my whole life, why should I stand for it when I have done nothing wrong, the same manager sacked my partner 2 years ago for something & nothing after 21 years service,it really is shocking, enough is enough, the whole case I have been up against RM managers sticking together, but on monday I have a Barrister on my side, what a relief that is.sometimes you have to stand up to these big companys,& sometimes the little people win, but I am prepared for the worst. :pray :pray

You have stood strong for this last year. I'm sure it must have been stressful for you and your family.
I sincerely hope you get justice finally and can put this whole sorry story behind you. But whatever
happens you can be proud of yourself unlike the nasty bullying people behind this victimisation.
My very best wishes for you next week. :Applause :Applause :Applause
