If this is really the case then why aren't they issuing directly to frontline delivery staff as part of PPE (like hi-viz and cycle helmets).all we get is "you fill in this form and you report it to the dog warden because we don't want to know"

Usual B/S parroted out by RM is it's your fault because you'd the wrong shoes on or "Fido" bit you because you didn't have a high - viz on , nothing to do with claims , RM being monitored by the HSE , and of course the cost of all those sprays etc to save money - where on earth would :lfo & :cfo his ilk get his bonuses from ?
