Why would he be in our pension scheme and i never said he took it out of the scheme only out of royalmail it's self!. His renumeration is unjust and some would say obscene it is his an his alone with his fellow conspirator who have bled this once great service dry!. The buck has to stop somewhere and at their feet i say it has to be!. They will blame us just as fast and say we all should have seen it comeing but even if we could we could'nt afford to change our provision for our future as they could!. I and you all do not have the benifit of awarding ourself's extortionate bonuses at great cost to the( business ) as far as they are concerned we all are just a cost to their ( business ) but we all are more than that and worth more than any renumeration he can give himself!.

I worked for a company untill 1995 and paid into final salary pension. Just after I left they went bust after 110 years. The penison was underfunded by 6 milion and they have been investigating it ever since. Now a small light at the end of the tunnel, I will find out soon how much I will get back, if any of it. As the company slowly died they made people redundant and gave early retiremnet to others. All of these people who left obviously stoped paying into the penison thats why it ws underfunded. Now Royal Snail want to lay off up to 40,000 staff, whats to say the same wont happen here? Any ideas? Are we protected these days? The two blokes at the top will be ok wont they? Why cant we?

100% spot on mate. No doubt our pathetic leader leighton leaves, the baldy wont have to worry for the rest of his life. he will get a handshake for screwing up whilst we would get the old tin tack! I detest all greedy bosses. By the time I retire I will have to pay for NHS even more than now all on £100 poxy quid a week. jokesr and whilst most in this country whinge about it we should all get out od our armcahirs and fight right NOW!

Now with the announcement of of their plan's for reduction of mail center's (HOOPER REPORT) and staff which will see less staff paying in and more staff taking out of the pension fund as every year someone retires and less people to pay for them self's and our future's!. Now is the time for us one and all to demand that our government that has profited by our goodwill in this matter and make good the damage it has done in their name!. For if they do not make good the damage they have done then we should not appease them nor our right to a just and fair solution!. We now must make our stand or forever lose what is ours by right and once it is lossed it will never be the same again!. FIGHT FOR YOUR PENSION AS YOU ALL DESERVE IT!. IT IS YOUR RIGHT FOR YOUR SERVICE TOO THE NATION
