"Team talks" + "Daily huddles"

In our DO we,ve not had either for weeks....

Have we any right to demand them ie Sit in our "WTL" cupboards + wait on the screws to address us ? few boys in our office are up for it but as per usual the runners are too busy NOT DOING THE JOB PROPERLY to even know we have MAJOR PROBLEMS AHEAD...roll on 2038...as for seniority lol

we aint ha done for ages either, 5 weeks maybe longer. its so frustrating tho coz our union rep aint been in for months, so were lost. so angry at whats going on and still like u say, the early bods are still getting in at 4/5 running around, its a joke. i just want to shake some people till they get it in thier thick heads.

I honestly, honestly, thought that my office was the only office that had dickheads still coming in early, running their rounds till they sweat like pigs aaaaand then getting back early to do part of another round!!!!! I ask ya!!! I really thought I was losing the plot!!! Thank f**k... Someone thinks a little like I do!!

No work time lies meeting in ours for 3 weeks. Team talks and the laughable huddles are non-existent. This seems to be a national policy. Maybe the management think we might dare to speak the truth is such forums were held - a truth they can't handle.

All the WTLL sessions in my office now degenerate into a slagging match (it's a good job the DOM doesn't take them, he only took 2 and then sent his assistant to take them and whenever his assistant is off there is no meeting

As far as the "Daily Huddles" are concerned. You aren't missing anything. They have to be the biggest waste of time, we have to deal with (and that's saying something

). But if by "Team Talks", you mean WTLL sessions. Then, they are a different matter. Once you get through the usual drivel. There's often useful nuggets of information for us. I for one, am glad I generally get them weekly.

One thing that I do often wonder about though. Is do they deliberately make the bulk of the WTLL a boring waste of time, so that we will loose interest, and miss the important stuff. Or are they simply put together, by people with no idea of how to make them interesting, and relevant?

Our idiot DOM hold huddles nearly every day just when we are trying to get out of the effin place

And hardly ever misses a wtll ( which are usually a joke because he never listens to anybody) and answers with a load of crap.
