how do u get out of a DO and back into a ail centr in less than a year???anyone know.

As RM are closing MCs and replacing FT staff with PT it will probably be difficult, but try speaking
to your HR dept to see what your chances are.

It may help if you have a medical condition that prevents you from doing a delivery,say a dodgey foot caused by maybe an accident on duty.

Might also depend where you are and where you want to transfer to.
HWDC are apparently having problems retaining staff because of the oppressive conditions there and the
availability of alternative (and better paid) employment oppertunities around Heathrow.
