Me as well. They have owed me an hours overtime for 3 weeks now and I have still not got it yet. If they can't do the simple things how are they going to cope with annualised or banked hours.

We had confirmation from the manager today,saying he'd received an e-mail that the
callers would be staying open till 7.30pm!
