Anybody know anything about this? It seems no competition for royalmailchat.com. And I hate the silhouette they have of "Postman Pat" at the top of the page! I hate being called, "Postman Pat"!

Most people on here are aware of this...(RMC-dark side..PMC-fluffy side)
Maj,these terms hark back to the last strike,PMC was set up around the time of the industrial action, and then shut
down when it was over, then it resurfaced when this site was hacked! :hmmmm
i respect the opinions of both sites and it's good to have a balanced point of view, but don't expect to find Tommo over
there!!
PMC is like listening to Sarah Kennedy(Radio2 at six in the morning)she starts off all serious, but ends up talking
about what her cats did last night!

I always expect PMC to come up with a thread in which some smug sounding woman starts a chat with the words: "Now I know that you are all overworked, exhausted, bullied and given no managerial support at all but does anybody have any nice jam recipes or patterns to knit a comfy cardigan?"

ah pmc that takes me back.
you could get barred at any time for any reason and you were entitled to no explanation.

This sticks in my mind as my last post on there was to ask for clarification to a statement posted and for proof, a style used by one of the mods, santas little helper. She struggled to argue her way out of the proverbial paper bag and then to cap it off her old man would come online and say its wromg to ask her about RM issues/opinions/facts? that she herself has posted when she doesn't and has never worked there.

In my humble opinion they operate a "its my ball" site, and if your opinion differs with theirs on RM matters especially you are looked down upon and not treated as equally as those who agree with the site owners.

I never swore, i wasn't rude, but i did ask for suposed facts to be substantiated as they liked to do and were in the continual habit of. This they ( i can only conclude ) found offensive and me a troublemaker.

To me the re-emergance of this site in particular leads me to believe that the business sees trouble ahead and is using this site to garner opinion and to hopefully put people off of supporting their colleagues and union by disinformation, lies and fraud, which, would be passed off as "youthful indescretion" to quote Mr. Crozier commenting on his erm dubios past actions.
Confused... You won't be, after the next episode of. SOAP

This may come as a shock, I would urge everyone to have a shuftie over there and make your own minds up. I post occasionally and its OK, it seems to have changed but time will tell.

As I said in my Blog we are probably more attractive for the activists and more politically astute, and our discussions are more in depth IMHO, but of course everyone is welcome lurkers included.

There is room for all three sites but my heart will always be with RMC and all you lot who make it such an interesting place.

I still reckon that now slh has admitted she does indeed work for r.m and the silent husband who made frequent visits to p.o headquaters ..i find strange that anyone would think that it was set up by royal fail maybee slh is .. crazier and steve? the husband could be lateone ...whatever i still would err on the side of caution entering details such as e-mail to them also they can get your i.p address to identify the area your from ...unless you '''hide''' it

do i trust royal fail ...i guess not :shhhhh

...well, I guess the numbers have it! PMC sounds like it's something out of Stepford (remember the Stepford Wives?). It feels as though you're being condescended to like little children, by Big Granny, or something like that. Silly t**ts! LOL :chuckle
