Used to travel 50 miles, half my part-time wages were being used on petrol. Got a transfer thankfully, now it's 2 miles.

10 minute walk, I could do it in 3 mins on my bike as it's all downhill but a bastard to ride back up. I enjoy walking back home, gives me a chance to catch up on Facebook and check my emails on my phone, plus the obligatory fag!

ah yes the muzzy postmen are hi tech these days. i wish i was still doing the walk. those were the days.
