The two CWU area del reps for SG/CB and PE postcode areas work as one as we have under RM mangment changes one manger responsible for deliveries covering all three postcode areas. This means area aggrements are now a lot of the time covering all three postcode areas. THe manger i refer two is not a bad bloke as when people have been on on conduct code charges in my office for dismissal level offences he tends to go for suspended dismissal and back in 2001 overturned my 1 year reprimand down to a ticking off. Once upon a time he had four cases from my office passed up to him and three he gave 1 year reprimands to and one person got let off the hook altogether.
