LOL its not as bad as it looks,the redis are a pain in the bum,not to sure how many ive got :hmmmm ,one of my colleagues has 90 on his walk :whistle its about a 3 hour delivery average with just over 500 delivery points i think,we have other walks with more but not as much prep as mine.

This is ok for full timers as long as IPS has been fully knocked on the head but there are NO 4hr walks agreed so I can see a full time duty and a part time duty put together to prep only as this will also cut down on overtime.

It looks huge though does that frame :shock: Your mate has about 90 Redirections! WOW And I think I have it hard :crazy: :chuckle

UNBELIEVEABLE!!!!!.... They tried this in our office we got HQ involved ,the frames CONNOT be more than a base with 2 wings each side.. :no no :no no
You need to get hold of HQ and ask DAVE WARD for an ERGONOMIST report and send him the picture.....we did and got results!!!!! :dance :dance
