If you are near to the office that you want to transfer to,try going down there and see the DOM,this worked for me but that was in the old days though.

Remember - Lichfield, Aldridge, Cannock 5 days a week policy, Walsall floating week 6 days policy.

Unfortunately mitch any manager processing your transfer application would be obliged to consider your attendance record.
