Definition:

1. The act of asking for views on important matters, and then completely ignoring them if they don't fit preconceived ideas.

2. Conssultation is ignoring any facts that don't fit preconceived ideas or plans especially when they are undermined by them.

3. Making national agreements in good faith and then ignoring local union representation.

4. Dismissing all ideas and agreements that don't originate from HQ, and completely ignoring reports that don't fit previously implemented plans and projections.
