Does any other office use the 3 ticks and your out system?? Or is it 3 ticks and then conduct code proceedings?? When i say ticks, it could be you have made a silly error mayb like put wrong sticker on a redirection or something.

That sounds strange and unofficial. I wonder if it has been tested in an ET.

There are official and agreed processes to go through, and of course Royal Mail follows them without fail all the time

Well it has been told to us 3 ticks in a certain timescale i think 2 or 3 months and thats it, dont know what they do with us, mayb it is just more scare tactics. I have had 2 notes to me past 2 days, and both not my doing fully but they dont wanna know.

Also the clear frame policy, i always adhere to but what is to stop someone putting a letter in a slot (manager or whoever) and its your word against theirs, what do we do? What i think should happen is a manager must come to your frame b4 you go out and he signs to say its clear, then there can be no set ups, does any1 agree?

I never leave the office without getting a passing manager, cwu rep or even a colleague doing a quick check to make sure my frame is clear. Whenever there is a clamp down I always make sure that its my line manager does the check and the guy on the next frame is a witness.

AFAIK a frame check is a requirement and if it takes them 1/2 hour to come to the frame its 1/2 hour less out on the delivery. Play by their rules and they may come to realise that what they preach is not always possible.

Nice one TBT, i may start doing that as they are being so picky with the smallest of thing i think i would be being resonable indeed.
