QUESTION 4 REP'S ??
Have any of you been given proposal's for this year's
business plan savings since the Ballott, and does your DOM
want a repy by Wed 13th june, & are they getting stroppy??
Will be interesting to know if this is nationwide or local,

Abosolutley nothing yet, DOM unliley to get around to it untill DSM starts getting impatient.

ADR is on leave sub ADR covering for 2 weeks, inmy viewe the DSM's inmy area are unliley to do anthing untill ADR returns from leave.

I have no intention of taking rounds out unless ordered to by a national aggrement.

We could make savings by reducing the Annual Leave reserves (limits choice for members when picking leave) by DOM says RM want savings from the core work hours in otherwords do more work in the same amount of time and with no extra money. Just proves RM are pickin on us!

as a ex workplace rep and now a contact my manager has been very stroppy regarding his business plan savings as far as i know we have registered disagreement but he says hes not heard from our area rep yet and seems overly worried

must be something coming or maybe its tied in with the strike ballot

im in devon so sounds nationwide to me

Hi Trojan,
I got props last Sat for over 300 hrs savings and 06:15 start for F/T's and 07:45 for A/G's.
I replied I can neither agree nor disagree untill Nat dispute is resolved!!
Dom told me he can only have 1 answer Agree or Disagree.
My reply was something like :lfo :cfo
So they are pushing us into a corner!!!
Let's hope we all come out FIGHTING !!!

Yeah was basicly the same message i gave him :cfo :lfo plus put a few other comments about protection of earnings and other stuff that dum (sorry dom) would not understand.

So now they're telling us what the answers to their questions must be. . . won't be long before they cut out the middle man and just answer the questions themselves. Knowing the intelligence of our screws they'll probably still argue.

am on leave as of now until thurs but before i went my DOM said that he would be posting a set of proposals to my house for me to "look at and 'agree'? for when i get back!! he can send 'em but i'm sure as hell not goin to agree anything especially as he said it involves longs and shorts, and the removal of a van

I'm a rep.

I've not had any formal proposals for later starts yet but my DOM told the members that they will be starting from 15th July. I have written to him (despite being on leave - another thing non-reps do not realise goes with the job!) asking for this in writing and stating any such proposals must be dealt with via the IR Framework and definitely no agreement until sanctioned nationally. So far he has texted me saying it is "chinese whispers" and he will update me when I return to work. Don't trust the sneaky b*****d though and have got my office committee on the lookout.

It appears all the DOM's in my local area went to a council of war yesterday.
